Our policies for guests staying at our casino hotel

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay and use of services at PalmCoveStay Casino Hotel ("we," "our," or "us"). By making a reservation, entering our premises, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit to our casino and hotel resort.

2. Reservations and Check-In/Check-Out

2.1 Reservations

Reservations at our casino hotel can be made online, by phone, or in person. All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. Rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2.2 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time at our casino and hotel resort is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

2.3 Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to our casino hotel. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Payment

Full payment for your stay at our casino and hotel resort is required at check-in. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A credit card is required for incidental charges.

3.2 Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may result in a charge of one night's stay at our casino hotel.

3.3 No-Show

Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a no-show charge equal to one night's stay at our casino and hotel resort.

4. Casino Gaming Rules

4.1 Age Requirement

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino area and participate in gaming activities at our casino hotel.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

PalmCoveStay Casino and Hotel Resort promotes responsible gaming. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of problem gambling or excessive alcohol consumption.

4.3 Photography

Photography and video recording are prohibited in the casino area of our casino and hotel resort unless specifically authorized by management.

5. Conduct and House Rules

5.1 Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on the premises of our casino hotel. Disorderly, disruptive, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.

5.2 Noise Policy

A quiet period is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests at our casino and hotel resort is prohibited.

5.3 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of our casino hotel. Smoking in non-designated areas may result in a cleaning fee.

5.4 Pet Policy

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in our casino and hotel resort unless specified otherwise for certain rooms or areas.

6. Property Damage and Liability

6.1 Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to casino hotel property caused by them or their guests during their stay.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Items

Our casino and hotel resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by guests at our casino hotel is limited.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during your stay at our casino and hotel resort will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and at the front desk.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available at the front desk of our casino hotel and on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
